VINTAGE 2 strand ALL natural red coral bird fetish necklace wow!

Older unusual two strand bird fetish necklace crafted entirely from red NATURAL coral. In all, there are 45 hand carved free form drilled bird fetishes with carved beaks, tails, eyes, and wings. They are strung on approximately 3.5 – 4.5 mm tubular coral beads that closely match the color of the fetishes. The two strands are slightly graduated in length, so that one strand hangs just above the lower strand. The necklace is strung on nylon cordage and it is completed with a metal barrel clasp. Natural coral like this is becoming harder to find and is a good investment! I do not know if these fetishes were Native American carved or if they were carved in Italy where the coral was originally harvested.
