    ULTRA RARE 1920 Russia (Siberian Admin) Debenture Obligation for 500 Rubles @ 5%. This debenture was issued about the time of the Russian Revolution and is more than 100 years old! This is EXTREMELY RARE. This is the ONLY ONE ever graded by PCGS. It is possibly the only one in existence. This is the rarest item we have ever offered. We doubt you will ever see another one on eBay.
