    This vintage booklet is is excellent condition.  It was printed by Stars and Stripes.  I do not have the date but in the 1960's Cliff Peterson was the Scout Executive and USAF General Joseph R. Holzapple was the Council President.  This booklet introduces volunteers and interested parties to the Transatlantic Council.  This is a quality item for any Transatlantic Council collection.
