    I accept Free return of unopened product in as shipped/new condition for exchange of similar priced product. Items will be shipped via USPS 1st Class padded envelope with tracking. The rate in the continental USA is .50 for 1 Item and {{detail_product_description}}.25 for each additional decoder. If you are combining any other items, I have available, please place in the cart and request an invoice and I will combine the freight into one order with combined shipping cost.     I want to be your "go to" dealer for TCS decoders and offer free basic installations. TCS CN & CN-GP models and any hard wire installs will incur an installation charge due to extra work needed to install them with some milling of frame and soldering. If you are using my installation service, please use the Local Pickup option then send the unit(s) to me for install.
