Description

I am the artist of this bolo tie and I also cut and polished the stone. It is beautiful Number 8 Nevada Turquoise Cabochon. I'm pretty sure the stone is stabilized, which is a good thing, as it is very hard and will last a lifetime.  I used a 20 gauge (heavy) sterling setting with a pretty solid sterling bezel. The clasp for the tie on the reverse is probably nickel, as they generally come. I chose to use a 42 inch length of braided black leather tie (not synthetic) with nice sterling tips. The edges of the plates are gently hammered and the overall appearance draws immediate attention to the beautiful stone.
This is NEW and just recently completed. I am offering a 30 day period for you to test it out and see how it feels. If you love it, know that I can produce matching bracelets or rings in a short amount of time.
