The mincer housing attaches to a sturdy stand with a powerful suction base that will adhere to smooth, non porous surfaces, and a one turn locking mechanism holds housing and base for stability during use. Blade and discs are made of stainless steel. Hand wash and towel dry suction base. Plastic parts are top rack dishwasher safe (do not exceed 150 F). Hand washing is recommended for discs and blade.
