    Description

Being offered is a truly old pawn, antique Navajo Indian hand crafted necklace and pendant.  This was crafted in the 1920's or 1930's.  It has some old looking Kingman and Battle Mountain turquoise nugget stones.  The pendant is a large size Battle Mountain turquoise nugget attached to a hand made bale of sterling silver.  The pendant is approx. 1 5/8" by 1 7/16".  The necklace has the old type of bench beads or what are called Navajo pearls.  These are crafted from sterling silver and each one was hand crafted.  Typically, each half was hammered on a bench or special anvil, then both halves were joined with sterling silver leaving a seam being visible.  The necklace was strung with an old cloth string that was fraying so had this professionally restrung with a sterling silver wire.  The necklace is in nice shape and ready to wear.  Approx. 26" long.  SH includes the price for insurance.  This is a great opportunity to own a truly old pawn piece that was probably made for personal wear rather than for the tourist trade.
I stand behind all my Native American Indian crafted items to be as represented, and provide a full unconditional refund, including return shipping if the item is not authentic and as described.   My Native Indian arts, crafts, and jewelry are purchased directly from Natives, usually in Arizona, South Dakota, New Mexico, as well as buying from specialty auctions and sales.  In addition, I sell items for Native Americans and from personal collections.  As a result, there is no time limitation on returns, but items returned need to be in their original condition.
