    New in original package. .This Decoder buddy works for older BB Athearn and early E class diesels: Proto/Lifelike and many other locomotive projects (These older models do not have a convenient connect for decoder and lighting). The Decoder Buddy makes this up-grade possible. Requires soldering for motor, track power, lights & speaker connections. Works for most if not all 21 pin decoders

They will inspect and review the decoder to determine the status of repair or replacement. Do not return it to eBay seller.. it delays the repairs process.
