    Description

Beautifully made fun and funky sterling French post Southwest/Native American style earrings. The top stone is a purple spiny oyster heart and the bottom portion is a "four directions" orange spiny cross. They were purchased from Christopher Cates (Anglo) of Christopher's Southwest in 1992 for gallery inventory and have never been worn.  We were told they were created by Frank and Brihildo Coriz of the Santo Domingo Pueblo who did a lot of work for and trading with Chris, however, they are only stamped with the Christopher's hallmark and the date 1991. They are approximately 1 1/2"" x 5/8" and weigh approximately 12.9 grams.  Please examine carefully and let us know if you have any questions or need further information/photos. Realistically priced to sell. Please follow our store for more contemporary and traditional Native American and Southwestern pieces from a variety of artists and tribal affiliations. American West Boutique was founded in 1992 and is an online seller of Native American Jewelry and Art (Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, Santo Domingo, more), cowboy/girl boots, leather and suede and apparel. Shipped to Continental US only by UPS to street addresses only. No PO boxes, please. Payment must be received within 5 days of sale or item may be relisted.
