    Description

    Sterling silver belt buckle made by Navajo master silversmith Willie Yazzie and maker marked with his "gourd dripper" stamp.  Willie Yazzie 1928-1999 made  overlayed pieces such as this one and they were sold at Mesa Verde National Park in northern New Mexico and Colorado in the 1980s.  Buckle measures 3 x 2" and accommodates up to a 1 1/2" belt.  Condition is excellent and may have never been worn.
