COUNCIL SHOULDER PATCHES, CSP's, are mostly from an untouched 25 Year Old collection with items 20 to 50 Years OLD! A few newer issues from OTHER collections have been added.
Most are MERGED COUNCILS or OLDER ISSUES or SPECIAL ISSUES.

Some may be said to be VG (Very Good) not because they were ever used, but because they may have been in a collection or drawer and not be perfectly flat. Usually we put Good (if slightly blemished, or taped into a book, or once used, etc.) or Very Good (pretty nice - perhaps never used, or slightly used, but still look nice) or EX, EXCELLENT (Very Nice shape, appears never used) or MINT - (Mint is Mint - almost perfect or better). We are not expert of military, scouting or Red Cross items so what you may be looking for is not what we see. Please keep that in mind. We will try our hardest to help.

Shipping will be 1st Class package. A tracked service in a padded envelope with more protection. Shipping included for all CSP's purchased the same day IF you ask for invoice or contact us in advance! If multiples, all additional patches purchased same day are shipped FREE with no extra shipping charge. (excludes thicker or larger items, such as large pins, bullions, memorabilia, etc. - those will go usually in a padded envelope or box). (2-6 Days)
Option 2)
Economy Shipping will be 1st Class letter with NO TRACKING. This is at the BUYERS RISK. We will guarantee that it will be packed safely and well in a strong yellow number 10 office envelope, and that we will mail it within 24 hours of payment, but after that it is up to the Post Office. Please do not hold us responsible for the length of time of delivery or the condition it arrives in. This is just to save you money if you do not want tracking. The price is per item. A tracked service in a padded envelope with more protection is in the option above or below. (2-6 Days)
Option 3)
Shipping by US Priority Mail if you need a faster service. Shipping in larger envelope, faster, more protection, with delivery confirmation and tracking. All other CSP patches purchased same day are shipped FREE with no extra shipping charge IF you contact us in advance.  (1-3 Days)
