Mr Volcano ITC-100
1 pint of ITC-100HT IR Reflector increases your Mr Volcano Hero Forge efficiency by 20%, and in some cases up to 50%.
This is done by reflecting heat back into the forge. This is applied on the walls of the Mr Volcano Hero forge.

- Provides your Mr Volcano Hero forge with more resistance to flux, like borax.
Mixing Instructions:
1 part water: 2 parts coating.
You are looking for latex paint type consistency.
Applying:
1.) Make sure that your forge has been coated with refractory beforehand (Satanite refractory is provided with the Mr Volcano Hero forge).
2.) After the forge has been coated with refractory and you've gone through the heat up and cool down process to cure the refractory, you are now ready to put in the IR Reflector.
3.) Lightly spray the cured refractory with water so that that IR Reflector adheres better to the refractory walls.
4.) After mixing it to latex paint type consistency, apply the mix as if your painting the walls. To prevent running, do one side first, let it dry, and then do another side.
5.) After the mix has dried, it's ready to go.

1 pint is enough to coat 5 sq ft of ceramic fiber. Mr Volcano Hero forge = 1.58sq ft.
So 1 pint is enough to coat 3.16x Mr Volcano Hero single burner Forges, or 1.5x of Mr Volcano Hero 2 double burner Forges.
Do not use all of it at once. Only use what you need. Shelf life of the product is 1 year.
