Modular Talley Picatinny Blaser Scope Mount System Fits Blaser ONE RAIL

For those of you who don't know, Talley recently introduced a new line  of scope mounts for Blasers. The new system consists of a base and four different rails, all made of anodized aluminum. This auction is for a base with one rail of your choice. Screws and pins are included. Additional rails are available at each. I have another auction with a base and all four rails for 9. This mount fits all Blaser firearms with the saddle mount, including R8, R93, K95, B95, B97 and others. The rails available include a rail for Talley rings and three Picatinny rails. The Picatinny rails have Zero, 20, and 30 minutes of angle of elevation. Each rail attaches to the base with three steel Torx screws and also have two hardened steel pins for recoil. The base attaches to the Blaser firearm with two steel screws. These mounts are made to fit the Blaser saddle mount only, and are made by Talley Manufacturing in South Carolina. For sale here is a base and one rail of your choice, with screws and recoil pins.
US laws permit me to sell this mount system internationally, but I don't know if the receiving country will permit it to be imported.  Also, shipping costs can be high, about US to most countries.  But if you are willing to pay shipping and take the risk that the mount may be seized, I am willing to ship it to you.  Returns are accepted if the mount has not been place on a gun and the screws tightened.  I can tell that because there is a coating on the threads that will be disturbed.  15 percent of the selling price will be deducted from the refund for eBay and PayPal fees.  In addition, my actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
