Fine Mid Century Vintage Navajo Needlepoint Turquoise Cluster Bracelet 92 Grams
This large, beautifully made 1950's bracelet features dozens of well-matched, 10-mm (3/8-inches) needlepoint turquoise gemstones in meticulously handmade bezels and concentric circles around a round turquoise center-stone, and an abundance of silver granules in concentric circles and on the face and in crescents on the shoulders. This is a very artfully composed design with a great balance of turquoise and silver across the 2 1/2-inch top-to-bottom face, and graduated clusters of turquoise on the shoulders giving the silhouette a graceful sweep from the sides. In excellent condition with a broken tip on one piece of turquoise, the bracelet tests positive for sterling silver, measures 5 1/4-inches around its inner circumference with a 1 1/4-inch gap and weighs 92.3 grams.
