Description

This Unitek Micropull IV Wire Bond Pull Tester (m/n 6-099-03-01, cat.no MP4/RS232C) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.
We have a technician who refurbishes these for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru it and make sure it is performing up to factory specs. k deposit required to begin refurbishment.
It will include a B&L Stereozoom 4 Microscope, as shown, and one Load Cell of the customer's choice: 10 gram (0.01g resolution), 100 gram (0.1g resolution) and 1000 gram (1g resolution).
We recommend this unit be crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
