    So I'm not really sure what this is, but it was mixed in with a large BSA/OA collection so I'm assuming it was something the guy picked up at NOAC or Jamboree. It is some kind of polished (?) nut, with a turtle painted on it, on a leather thong. Your guess is as good as mine. It appears unused (the thong isn't even knotted). But, please refer to the image for the actual condition however. Buyer to pay .75 shipping and handling (plus any desired insurance) if in the US and .00 if outside the US.
