Description
This listing is for 8 plates, each approximately 7 7/8" wide. These are the earlier smooth edge plates, sometimes called Old Dresden.
Two have the Bavaria Schumann Dresdner gold floating crown mark and six a Royal Bavarian Dresdener Orange Lion Shield mark.....in both cases c. 1930s (pre-dating Empress, I believe). I am not an expert in German china, so if exact dating matters to you, please do your own research.
CONDITION: Pre-owned vintage item. All in all, in great condition given age and material. No cracks or chips. A few wear spots and some light surface marks/scratches. See photos below to see close-ups of ALL 8 plates.
