Being offered are 2 vintages necklaces.
Included are,
(1) is a truly vintage, antique, Navajo Inidian crafted necklace.
These are made of puka shell beads.
At the end of the necklace are sterling silver bench beads, which were hand crafted and not made this was for decades.
These are heavily tarnished. I call this route 66 Indian jewelry as these were typically sold as souvenirs along the old rt 66 highway.
The necklace does show age and wearing but is also all intact, ready to wear, and nice shape for being this old.
The necklace is approx. 18" long, and (2) s a vintage Navajo Indian hand crafted necklace.
The necklace is crafted from puka shell beads, has 4 Manassa turquoise stone nuggets, with tiny sterling silver spacer beads.
Manassa turquoise was mined in south central Colorado and ranged from a light greenish blue to a deep green color.
The necklace does show age and some wearing in places buy is all intact and ready to wear.
The necklace is approx. 18" long.
