    Description

Turtles were revered by both the ZUNI and NAVAJO cultures as symbols of both good health and longevity as they could live for 150+ years.
Thank you for looking at my mom's beautiful ZUNI Turtle necklace and NAVAJO Turtle ring.  Please look at the pictures.  If you know ZUNI necklaces from the 1970's you know you might never see another one like this again.
My mom was in the local newspaper business.  I'm in a different industry that is also now fast eroding.   We both flew pretty high for a while.  But now you get the point why I need to sell.  My mom was a smart cookie.  She knew this day might happen which is why she willed them to me and wrote down all of the details before she passed.
