*     MINT - Not-Used - and very very nice. - Official CAMP Issue Participant's Patch. Camp Delmont, this one issued in PA. Again, nice and collectible. Set of 2. Valley Forge Council.
Top Patch - circa 1950 - uses a twill background and a thin white gauze back.
Lower Patch - Circa 1948 - has the thin linen type , no gauze back (blue back), that was typical during WWII and the rest of the 1940's. By the 1950's most companies had switched to using a stronger twill fabric.
This is a great display showing the difference and one of each in EXCELLENT CONDITION !!  Use photo for final word on condition.

Usually we put Good (if slightly blemished, or patch taped into a book, or once used, etc.) or Very Good (pretty nice - perhaps never used, or slightly used, but still look nice) or EX, EXCELLENT (Very Nice shape, perhaps the almost not noticeable fold or blemish, appears never used) or MINT - (Mint is Mint - almost perfect or better). We are not expert on all military, scouting or Red Cross items so what you may be looking for is not what we see. Please keep that in mind. We will try our hardest to help.
