Found this one in at local swap meet here in Indiana. Really cool piece of Automotive History in this Vin plate. Says it was delivered by H.C. Jahn's from City of Sycamore Illinois on November 1st 1940. Perfect for your 1940 Packard car or added to your Packard collection.
